Delays in providing required information may affect project timelines.
Payments
- Payments must be made according to the agreed quotation or invoice.

- Final deliverables may be released only after full payment has been received.
- Late payments may result in project delays or temporary suspension of services.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Clients retain ownership of content they provide.
- Sunrise Digital Lab retains ownership of its proprietary tools, templates, designs, and methodologies until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of the completed project is transferred to the client, excluding any third-party licensed assets.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

- Hosting Providers
- Domain Registrars
We are not responsible for changes, outages, policy updates, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
No Guarantee of Results
While we use industry best practices and proven strategies, we cannot guarantee:

- Exact advertising results
- A fixed number of leads or sales
- Revenue growth
- Approval of advertising accounts or campaigns
Business outcomes depend on various factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice.
- Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
- Refund eligibility for incomplete work will be determined based on the stage of the project and the terms agreed upon before the project commenced.
